Contact our technical support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your original purchase order details.
Package for Transport
Securely pack the industrial components in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, certificates of compliance, and protective seals remain intact.
Ship to Verification Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the shipping crate and send the package to our centralized quality control facility for technical inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
